I've built dozens of systems on WordPress and WooCommerce and I know where their limits are. For new projects I choose a headless architecture, meaning Payload CMS, React and TypeScript, because that is a foundation for the next decade, not the next year. WordPress stays where it is the right tool, and then it gets the same rigor.
Websites are the most visible part of this work. Alongside them I build web applications, API integrations and data synchronization between the systems a company already has.

A payment adapter for the official Payload CMS 3 e-commerce plugin. It gives a headless store the methods Polish customers actually use, meaning BLIK, online bank transfers and cards, through a single Tpay account. Written against the plugin's official payment adapter contract, so it plugs in exactly where the built-in Stripe adapter would.

First conversation
We agree on what the site has to do for the business and how we'll know it works. That becomes the scope and a concrete quote.
Design and build
First a clickable prototype you approve before the first line of code is written. Then code from scratch, no templates. You decide, I look after the details.
Testing and launch
Performance, security and responsiveness verified before launch, not after. A launch without surprises.
Handover and care
You get documentation, a training session and recordings, so you can run the site yourself. The first 30 days of care are included, then care on a monthly retainer, for years.

Core, plugins and theme go to a development copy first, with a visual before-and-after comparison. Only a verified change reaches production.

Database and files secured before every change on production. Restoring is rehearsed in practice, not just declared.
Audit and hardening
A security review with a recorded baseline of accounts, permissions, keys, passwords and attack surface. Every following review catches any change since then, be it a new account, a plugin or a permission.

Scope of work, site condition, recommendations. You always know what is happening with your site and what you pay for.

Short answers to what I hear most often before kickoff.
Projects start at 25,000 PLN net. The price depends on scale, integrations and what actually needs to work, so I quote each project separately. Tell me about yours and I'll come back with a specific number. Indicative ranges for each service are listed above, in the Services section.
Typically 8-14 weeks from the first conversation to launch. Larger platforms with integrations take longer, simpler builds go faster. A lot also depends on you, on the pace of approvals, feedback and sending over content. Once a project starts, I move right away and stay focused on it fully. You don't wait on me.
You can, but you don't have to. Payload CMS and WordPress both have clear editors; if you want to run the site yourself, I'll show you how. If you'd rather send changes to me, you simply send them over. We settle that however suits you.
It depends on the project. For new builds meant to be a foundation for years, I recommend Payload CMS, React and TypeScript, a stack that will still feel modern five years from now. I've built dozens of sites on WordPress, I know it very well, and it's still a good choice when budget, the plugin ecosystem or your team's familiarity with the admin panel speak for it. We decide together in the first conversation.
Headless means the store has two independent layers. Payload CMS holds products, orders and content, and a Next.js storefront shows them to the customer as fast and as precisely as we design it. It makes sense when product presentation, speed and your own sales logic matter more than off-the-shelf plugins. For a simple catalogue with a handful of products, WooCommerce is still enough.
Yes. Products, customers and order history move to the new store, page addresses keep their continuity, and the old store keeps running until switchover day. Before deciding, I check whether a headless online store will give you more than tidying up your current WooCommerce, because sometimes the second option is the better spend.
Yes. After launch you get 30 days of care included, and then I stay on as your technical partner and take care of monitoring, backups, updates on a development copy and a report after every review. I've worked with my key clients for over 5 years. Details in the Care section.
Flexibly. I always take a deposit, and the rest is split into milestones matched to the project, e.g. after the first conversation, after the prototype, after launch. Standard B2B invoice, no hidden fees. We agree on the exact payment schedule together before kickoff.
Yes. I work remotely with clients in Europe and beyond, in Polish or English. Meeting hours and billing currency are settled at the start.
You don't have to be. The first conversation is there so both sides can check whether this collaboration makes sense. If it's not my field or you have a different vision, we part ways without hard feelings, and if I can, I'll recommend someone who fits your needs better.
